Marchand Electric Co. Ltd. has three locations in the Canadian National Capital Region. While we have a vast selection of beautiful light fixtures in our showroom, like many home furnishing companies, lighting is special ordered from the manufacturer through dealers like ourselves. Special Order items are returnable but there are associated fees to return product (see our Return Policy) so we strongly encourage you to discuss your project with one of our lighting design planners.
Depending on the manufacturer, distance and availability, delivery times vary.
Although most lighting can be picked up at any of our showroom locations, we can also make arrangements for delivery. Orders totaling .00 before taxes may be delivered at no charge as long as they are within a 25 kilometer radius of our showroom locations.
We are currently unable to accept international shipments at this time

Marchand Lighting and ElectricalMarchand Lighting and Electric's aim is to have you satisfied with your purchase. However, if your purchase is not suitable, please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
Please contact our internet customer service at [email protected] within 14 days to begin the process of returning the articles. Return items and their packaging must be complete, unaltered and not installed. The customer must cover shipping costs for any return of merchandise and any other costs associated such as manufacturers restocking fees, duties and brokerage.
The customer must contact our internet customer service at [email protected] to provide the tracking number from carrier and must insure adequate merchandise returned because the client remains the owner of the items until they are received.
Once the return service confirms the items are intact, unaltered and not installed and we have confirmation of restocking fees, our internet customer service will issue a credit for the returned items at the original price, less any costs associated with returning the merchandise including the cost of shipping the goods to the client. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns are not refundable.
Custom orders are not returnable.
If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our internet customer service at [email protected] within 14 days of the receipt of your goods. Pictures of the items and the box will be required to remedy the problem. A defective or damaged product is not an exception to our return policy. Marchand Electric Co. Ltd. will not in any circumstance be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a defective or damaged item.
Defective part: The replacement part will be shipped to you free of charge.
Non repairable product: If the product is not repairable, we will proceed to the exchange the product.
One year warranty on products unless otherwise stated.
Some of our products are in FINAL SALE. Those products are not exchangeable or refundable. They will be specially ordered for you and / or can't be taken apart once installed or if it is a product from our LIQUIDATION SECTION. The manufacturer warranty is still available on products. If the product is defective or damaged, we will send you the parts or replacement for the same product only.
All returns are subject to our Return Policy.
Returns will be accepted on un-installed, in-stock merchandise that is still in the original packaging, within 30 days of purchase; subject to the discretion of Marchand Electric Co. Ltd.
Returns of special orders are subject to the manufacturers return policies and policies regarding re-stocking fees. Not all manufacturers will accept returns.
Discontinued items are Final Sale.
Manufacturers warranties on defective merchandise will be honoured, subject to the manufacturer's approval. Labour is not covered.
Orders will be warehoused for 30 days. After 30 days the order is subject to cancellation and loss of deposit
